सरकारी स्वामित्व वाली कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड (सीआईएल) ने अपने मिड-लेवल तक के एग्जीक्यूटिव्स का पे स्केल अपग्रेड कर दिया है, जो 1 जनवरी, 2017 से लागू माना जाएगा। कंपनी ने एक नियामक फाइलिंग में यह जानकारी दीहालांकि पे रिवीजन का फाइनेंशियल असर 23 अगस्त, 2023 से दिया जाएगा। सोमवार देर रात की फाइलिंग के अनुसार 31 दिसंबर, 2026 तक इस अपग्रेडेशन का कुल अनुमानित फाइनेंशियल असर लगभग 3,400 करोड़ रुपये होगा। कोल इंडिया दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी कोयला उत्पादक कंपनी है और कोयला उत्पादक राज्यों में कई सब्सिडियरी कंपनियों के जरिए काम करती है।
